Production Time

All items are made on-demand and printed fresh for each order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times begin once the item ships, not when the order is placed. International orders may be subject to customs delays outside our control.

Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful using USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal carriers depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) ordered.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Sizing that differs from the published size guide
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
