Orders
Production takes 2–7 business days, then shipping adds 3–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately at [email protected] — we'll do our best but cannot guarantee changes after production has started.
Products are printed and fulfilled by Printful from facilities in the US and Europe. Your order is routed to the facility closest to you to minimize shipping time.
Shipping
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also view orders in your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. If your item is damaged or defective, we'll replace it free. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out.
Payments
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Helcim, plus crypto: SOL, USDC, ETH, and BTC via NOWPayments.
Yes. Card payments go through Helcim, a PCI-compliant processor. We never store card numbers on our servers.
